A day at BIMHRD is an experience in itself where we share our joys and sorrows, we share our meals; we are there for one another, because we are, ‘ALL FOR ONE & ONE FOR ALL’.
Like a traditional Gurukulam, we believe that a pupil should learn from his surroundings. We believe in the philosophy of Rig-Veda-‘let Noble Thoughts come to us from all sides.’
Dissemination and Absorption of knowledge starts from 9:00 a.m. with total participation & interaction between the students & lecturers. A whole culture is imbibed to get started in the morning avoiding the mad rush which most people are trapped into.
Through the ancient art of YOGA, we harness the ‘Power of Rituals’. We believe that the Society expects us to willingly shoulder the responsibility of creating a better tomorrow.
For this Herculean task one needs to be physically fit and mentally robust. Yoga helps us in attaining this objective.
BIMHRD functions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week & 365 days a year. We don’t gel well with the system of granting holidays, for we believe we have less time compared to the knowledge we can gain. We consider time to be the most valuable of all resources and hence we ensure that every moment is utilized in the most fruitful manner. But we do believe in providing our student managers with time to rejuvenate themselves in any manner they like. Students can be found studying together, surfing the internet, browsing through books in the library or just enjoying a siesta.
After the lunch break at 1:30 p.m. including duration of 2 Happy Hours to be spent at students’ discretion, they continue their hunger for knowledge through interactions with the corporate faculties from 3:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Indeed we are present 15 minutes before any scheduled activity to avoid that last minute mad rush.
At 8:30 p.m., like a family we get together at the end of the day to spend time in the library or the computer lab before proceeding to dinner & subsequent relaxation in our own ways.. |
